Weight Loss as a Benefit, a Legal Perspective

With rapid expansion of weight loss/diabetes drugs available in the marketplace, questions on whether to cover these drugs under employer health plans have come to the forefront.  We’ll look at ways employers are addressing these questions and look at litigation that has ensued when employees contend employers, or their plans got the answers wrong.
