2025 ICBA Annual Conference

The Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association is excited to announce out Annual Conference events.  We are pleased to have several featured speakers share their expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and more.

Reskilling, Upskilling, and Rewards: Total Rewards for the Modern Workforce

Breakfast will begin at 7:30am and the opening keynote speaker will begin at 8:00am.  Additional keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and lunch will follow.

Help Us Help Them - The Sharing Place

As part of the conference, we are proud to collaborate with The Sharing Place, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children as they navigate the grief of losing a loved one. We invite all participants to contribute donations to support this meaningful cause.

Our focus is on outdoor play items such as bubbles, chalk, and games, as well as supplies for making s’mores to provide the children with a fun outdoor treat.
